Our consultation policy
If you are new to our clinic you will require a consultation. When booking online choose new patient, If you are a returning patient within 12 months you will not require a consultation.
What to expect during your consultation. The clinician will work collaboratively with you, to provide a personalised treatment plan, specifically tailored for you. This involves a individualised facial assessment, skin health and discussing appropriate rejuvenation treatments.
There are no refunds for the consultation if you decide not to have a treatment or the clinician advises you are unsuitable for a treatment.
There are no cancellations allowed within 24hrs of your appointment.
When booking with Precision Aesthetics, you will be asked to provide your credit card details and agree to our cancellation policy.
Required treatment deposits range from $50-$300 depending on the treatment and will be taken off final price at time of treatment.
We are a small, family owned and run business. We put these measures in place to secure our business and livelihood.
Please note the Cancellation Policy does not apply when the Government has enforced a “lockdown”. If this happens, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment.
