Appointments and Cancellation Policy

Registration
New clients are to complete our online registration and medical history consent forms. This is to gather relevant clinical information about you to assess your suitability for treatments.

We collect personal data, such as your name, address, contact numbers and email addresses. We also collect information of a medical nature. This information is used to keep you up to date with new services and developments, confirm your appointments and to provide you with important pre and post care information. Please also see our Privacy Policy about information we collect, keep and use.

A consultation must be conducted prior to any treatment. This is applicable to all Precision Aesthetics Clinic Limited locations.

Change of Address
Please notify the clinic of any changes to your contact details including name changes, address, mobile number and email. This will help the clinic to get any necessary or important information to you.

Our consultation policy

If you are new to our clinic you will require a consultation. When booking online choose new patient, if you are a returning patient within 12 months you will not require a consultation. What to expect during your consultation. The clinician will work collaboratively with you, to provide a personalised treatment plan, specifically tailored for you. This involves an individualised facial assessment, skin health and discussing appropriate rejuvenation treatments. There are no refunds for the consultation if you decide not to have a treatment. If the clinician advises you are unsuitable for a treatment or your treatment needs to be delayed for medical reasons*, the fee is not refundable or transferable to another day.


Appointments

Appointments can be made in a number of ways:
Online –Appointments can be booked online via our socials and Website
In Person – at our Clinic
By Telephone – by calling Precision Aesthetics Cosmetic Clinic.

Changing your appointment time– you are able to do this online yourself if you need to.

Deposits

Booking online or in person for a consultation or treatment, a consultation fee is payable.

This acts as a deposit and a time is reserved for your consultation +/- treatment.

If you have a treatment on the same day as your consultation, the consultation fee is deducted off the total.

If you attend for a FILLER appointment and have had any vaccination within 2 weeks prior to your appointment, we cannot proceed with treatment and you will forfeit your deposit.

If you attend for an appointment and are pregnant or breastfeeding, we cannot proceed with treatment and you will forfeit your deposit.

We are a small, family owned and run business. We put these measures in place to secure our business and livelihood.

Cancellation & Refunds

When booking with Precision Aesthetics, you will be asked to provide your credit card details and agree to our cancellation policy.

We offer amazing value in beautiful facilities with highly trained staff. To be able to do this, we have to protect our appointment availability via the following refund and cancellation policy:

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation to allow time to reallocate your appointment to another patient. You can cancel your appointment for any reason up to 24 hours before.

Please just email the clinic or call us to cancel. (It’s best to not leave voicemails as these can get missed).

– You’ll receive an acknowledgement email reply and the refund will be processed back to the card that you used to book in. Please be aware that this can take 5-10 working days and we cannot refund your booking fee to another card or transfer it to a bank account.

 

Refunds
-Precision Aesthetics Clinic Ltd has a ‘no refund’ policy on products purchased or treatments if you simply change your mind.
-Treatments/services and service packages are not transferable to other individuals or clinics (see our Terms & Conditions).

-No complimentary treatments are offered. Injectable treatments are a medical procedure and results are never guaranteed. Refunds are never offered, even if your expectations are not met or you are unsatisfied with the outcome.

– If you are sick, isolating with COVID, have a family emergency, etc then please let us know, and in this circumstance we will try to move your appointment to another time if we have slots available. Please note that we cannot move other patients to accommodate you if you have missed an appointment due to illness or an emergency. 

 

What to do if you’re running late for your appointment?

Life is never perfect and we totally understand – bad traffic or other problems will always happen. Our clinic will do our best to run to schedule and we’ll let you know if we are also running late although this is rare.

 

But if you are running late to you appointment, please let us know as soon as possible – our staff will try and accommodate you if time after your original booking slot. Your consultation or treatment may have to be shortened or it may not be possible at all if it impacts the other patients already booked in. In this scenario you will forfeit your booking fee.

 

No shows

A specific time and date is reserved for you and your booking fee guarantees this. If you don’t arrive for your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit your booking fee.

If you have a history of consistent no-shows, lateness, cancellations or continual booking changes, Precision Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel any future appointments with you and block you from booking in online in the future.

 

Email & SMS Reminders
An email reminder is sent to you about your appointment 48 hours prior.  The next reminder is an SMS text about your appointment 24 hours ahead. This will have a link to click on, for you to complete your medical history and consent forms. Please complete forms before you attend your appointment.
